In-app feedback
The fastest path for account-specific issues is the in-app feedback thread: open the side drawer → Feedback → New. We see the same conversation thread the app shows you; replies push back to the same place. If you opt into notifications, you get pushed on reply.

How do I restore a purchase?
On the /shop screen, tap Restore at the bottom. The platform store re-syncs purchases tied to your Apple / Google account, and your ticket balance updates within a few seconds.
Why is the ticket count wrong?
Possible causes: a purchase didn't make it to our server (kill the app and reopen; balance refreshes on launch and on Shop entry), or you reinstalled and the server bound the receipt to your new install — email us with the receipt ID and we'll fix the binding.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not us. The links:

How do I delete my account?
Open the side drawer → Settings → Account → Delete account. Type "DELETE" to confirm. Your readings, feedback threads, push tokens, and account record are removed immediately. This is irreversible — there is no recover-account path.
Why does the same card give a different reading next time?
The reading is generated by an AI language model at the moment you draw, and is influenced by your optional reflection and the prior questions in the conversation. The card's symbol is constant; the words around it reflect the moment.
The app says "needs connection"
Tarot Land needs the internet to fetch a fresh reading. You can still
view your past history offline. If you're online and still seeing the
banner, check whether tarotland-api.doubletime.co.kr is
reachable from your network.
If we're not responding
Outage updates land at tarotland.doubletime.co.kr. For urgent issues you can also try the in-app feedback thread — even if our email is down, the in-app channel goes to a separate server.
