Delete Account
Delete your account
Tarot Land has no email or password. Your "account" is an anonymous guest record created on your device the first time you open the app (Privacy explains exactly what that is). This page is how you request its deletion and what happens to your data.
Request deletion from the app
Open the side drawer → Settings → Account → Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. This submits a deletion request: your access ends immediately and the account is flagged for deletion in our database. It cannot be undone — there is no recover-account path.
If you no longer have the app installed
Email contact@doubletime.co.kr
from any address and ask us to delete your account. Include the
public code (the DT-XXXXXXXX string shown in
Settings → About) if you have it, or describe the install
so we can locate it. We record the deletion request and confirm by reply,
normally within 48 hours.
Linked Apple or Google sign-in
If you signed in with Apple or Google, deleting your account also removes that link — there is no separate step. If you are emailing us and do not have your public code, mention the Apple or Google you used so we can locate the account.
What gets deleted
Once a deletion request is recorded, the following are permanently erased within 90 days (usually much sooner):
- The anonymous account identifier tied to your device.
- All draw history and the AI readings generated for them.
- All inquiry conversations.
- Ticket balance and ticket-grant records.
- Feedback threads and their messages.
- Push-notification tokens.
- Any linked Apple or Google sign-in association.
Backups and legally required retention
Encrypted operational backups that may still contain your data are rotated and fully overwritten within 90 days. A minimal record of in-app purchases / transactions may be retained for up to 90 days where required for tax, accounting, refund and fraud-prevention obligations, then deleted. After that, nothing is retained.
Purchases
Deleting your account does not refund tickets. Tickets are consumable and refunds are handled by Apple or Google — see the Support page for the refund links.
